One-to-one work, shaped around you
Mary offers two distinct ways to work together individually: counseling and therapeutic piano lessons. Each is personalized to your goals, pace, and way of engaging, creating space for insight, expression, skill-building, and meaningful change.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling offers a private, collaborative space to understand what is happening beneath the surface and practice new ways of responding. Depending on what supports you, sessions may include conversation, IFS, creative or tactile tools, nature, walking, or a supported challenge. You help choose the pace and shape of the work.

Therapeutic Piano Lessons
Therapeutic piano lessons offer individualized music instruction in a supportive, low-pressure setting. Rhythm, sound, repetition, creativity, and achievable challenges can support confidence, focus, emotional regulation, and greater comfort with mistakes. These are piano lessons offered through a therapeutic lens—not psychotherapy—and no previous musical experience is required.
