Groups
Some things become easier to notice and practice alongside other people. TrailBlazier groups bring a consistent community together across multiple sessions, creating space for trust, shared experience, reflection, and trying new responses over time. Unlike workshops, which are primarily educational and may be offered once or as a series, groups are designed around continued participation and connection.

01
Improv Therapy Group
Simple, low-pressure improv activities create opportunities to practice presence, flexibility, expression, connection, and recovering after mistakes. The experience is therapeutic rather than performative: no comedy, acting, or stage experience is required, and participation always follows challenge by choice.
02
Nature-Based Processing Group
This five-week series brings a consistent group together for gentle, nature-based experiences around Tampa Bay, followed by reflection and shared processing. Each gathering includes time for individual exploration and group connection. Participants register for the complete four-session series, and no athletic ability is required.

03
Parent Education and Support Group
Designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 5–12 navigating ADHD, big feelings, temper tantrums, or other behavioral concerns. This eight-week, in-person evening group combines nervous-system education, practical home habits, shared problem-solving, and support from caregivers working through similar challenges.
